John Goodman FIoD - Chairman and Business Mentor

John spent 25 years in the timber industry where as a director of a national timber importer he travelled extensively in Russia, Canada and Scandinavia. He then became Chief Executive of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management. Later he formed John H Goodman and Associates working as a sales and marketing consultant and mentor to both SME and corporate clients in the UK and overseas. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and through his life experience and skills is well qualified to mentor executives of all levels. John has recently been presented with a lifetime achievement award for his contribution to sales and marketing by the prestigious National Training Awards organisation.

Martin Gower MIoD - Chief Executive and Business Mentor

Martin spent 15 years in CEO/MD positions within 2 FTSE 250 plc's after running his own sales and marketing consultancy business. Experienced in working in the UK, USA and Europe, Martin's work has embraced a wide range of business sectors. Working in strategic consultancy as well as in mentoring he has experience at board level in new start-ups, product development, change management, acquisitions and business integration.

Throughout his career he has been wholly committed to building successful teams and developing individual executives to exceptional levels of performance. An outstanding communicator and clear thinker, Martin is amply qualified to work with you to help develop your business.
