How much does it cost?

This is entirely in your hands! Our first meeting is free - and this will give you a good feel about how much you may wish to commit. Most people prefer to move forward on a step-by-step basis. This makes good business sense. In today's uncertain climate, no one should be making too many long term commitments to external advisers.

Because we have years of experience behind us and are looking to "give something back" you will probably be surprised at our fees. We fully accept that fees in all sorts of consultancy and coaching have become ridiculous, to say the least. So find out how little it will cost you to use one of our mentoring team.

I can get free advice using one of the government agencies.

This may be possible but you need to check out the quality of the advice you will be getting. In particular, make sure the person you are dealing with has the necessary level of experience in their own career. Have they actually DONE it? EMuk ONLY offers people with Director level experience who are IoD members.

My business is very specialised and I would need a mentor who understood the peculiarities of our market.

We have a vast range of experience in a number of industries and markets. We are also able to place some work with our network of business mentors, some of whom may be able to bring the specialist expertise you are looking for. Often, experience from another sector can bring valuable and innovative ideas. Of one thing you can be sure - we will NEVER claim to bring expertise that we do not possess.

Isn't this just another coaching service?

No, no, no! If you are looking for a technical/psychological, structured approach to coaching we are not for you. If however, you are looking for a great sounding board - an independent and confidential line of communication with someone who has probably encountered the kind of challenges you face in a real, live situation then we could well be the people to talk to. Of course, we inevitably get into coaching scenarios with clients but always in a "this is what worked well for me" environment.
