Executive Mentoring UK is both a coaching and mentoring organisation. We combine the best coaching techniques with the solid, proven experience delivered by a mentoring approach. Our team bring you the best of both worlds with a range of experience and knowledge which enables them to be a good "fit" with any organisation.

Our focus is totally on performance. We place great importance on understanding the corporate direction and strategy of the organisation that has retained us. Our work will always be clearly directed towards the achievement of corporate objectives.

We have particular skills and experience in:

  • Helping executives who are not performing to their full potential to become more effective members of the team. The process of replacing under-performing executives can be extremely expensive and disappointing. In our experience, individually tailored mentoring and coaching by an external expert can be a highly effective way of addressing under-performance issues
  • Working with executives who are facing significant programmes of change within their organisation. All the EMuk team have specific experience in managing and experiencing change management programmes and are well equipped to deal with the emotional issues these can generate as well as the processes involved
  • Women in Business. Two members of our team have extensive experience of working with female executives. In what can sometimes appear to be a male-dominated organisation women can invariably gain from being encouraged by an external, sympathetic mentor
